This Tuesday night for Yoga Galactica at the Alchemy Castle we have a very special musical guest, Durian Songbird, of Songbird Ocarina’s (I play mine at the end of each sound bath) joining us for what will be a special transmission. It’s been getting a little cool in the evenings at the alchemy castle for practice so we recommend wearing layers and perhaps bringing a light blanket for the sound bath.
Be sure to bring a water bottle and even a reusable hot beverage container for tea.
Please try to arrive between 7-730pm. class begins shortly after 730pm.
